Spicy Eggplant Zacusca - Vegetables and Eggplant Stew (Spread)
A chilli pepper powder is added to the tasty Eggplant Zacusca, just enough to "tickle" and surprise the taste buds in an unsuspected way, but still, temperate enough so the smoked and baked taste of the vegetables isn't covered. The Spicy Eggplant Zacusca recipe is a happy enrichment of the traditional Zacusca recipe, passed down from generation to generation. This is a wonderfully tasty and healthy foodstuff due to the whole process of selection and processing of the vegetables. The Delirs Spicy Eggplant Zacusca contains baked eggplant, baked kapia and bell-peppers, tomatoes, spices, chilli peppers, salt and a little bit of oil. All the vegetables, coming only from our community of gardeners, are chopped by diligent hands, mixed in special pots and packed, respecting to the letter the recipes that provoke lust, smiles and delight!
The Delirs Spicy Zacusca does not contain any preservatives, being preserved through the classic steam and water bath process. If stored in optimal conditions, it preserves its taste and aroma intact for several years. However, from our own experience, you should know that Delirs jars get empty quickly!

For 100g of product, 76,22g eggplant, 38,11g kapia red pepper, 38,11g red bell-pepper, 15,24g onion, 22,87g tomato, 6,10ml sunflower oil, 0,01g bay leafs, 0,38g salt, 0,11g grinded white pepper and 1,52g chili pepper are processed.
