Eggplant Zacusca - Eggplant and Vegetables Stew (Spread)
The chubby, glossy and tasty eggplants are carefully prepared together with other vegetables, according to a traditional recipe, passed down from generation to generation. This spread has an unforgettable taste of baked, of vegetables, of home! It is a wonderfully tasty and healthy foodstuff due to the whole process of selection and processing of the vegetables. The Delirs Eggplant Zacusca contains baked eggplants, baked kapia and bell-peppers, tomatoes, spices and a little bit of oil. All the vegetables, coming only from our community of gardeners, are chopped by diligent hands, mixed in special pots and packed, following by the letter the recipes that provoke lust, smiles and delight! The Delirs Eggplant Zacusca does not contain any preservatives, being preserved by the classic process of steam and water bath. Stored in optimal conditions, it preserves its taste and aroma intact for several years. However, from our own experience, you should know that Delirs jars get empty quickly!

35% white beans, 22% kapia red pepper, 22% red bell-pepper, 8% onion, 6.9% tomatoes, 4% oil, 0.7% bay leaves, 0.7% salt, 0.7% white pepper.
Other Information
For 100 g of product we process 85 g of white beans, 40 g of kapia red pepper, 40 g of red bell-pepper, 12 g of onions, 12 g of tomatoes, 10 ml of sunflower oil, 1 g of bay leaves, 1 g of salt and 1 g of white pepper.
