Sour Cherry Compote

The Delirs Sour Cherry Compote is made from July sour cherries, which are larger and more fleshy than the early ones. This makes them the ideal candidates for our compote. In addition to the fruits, sugar is added, then it is cooked and preserved by the natural water and steam bath method. Delirs compote lasts over 2 years in the pantry, in the dark, waiting patiently to be opened and enjoyed. It does not contain any preservatives, artificial flavours or additives. It can be consumed as it is or it can be used in fruit cocktails, cakes, tarts or wherever urges your appetite!
